JEM recently completed the Electrical Design renovation of an existing manufacturing facility into a 700+ station call center, with administration offices, computer center and employee break room facility.
The new tenant required the addition of standby electrical power via a new 1250kw diesel driven generator and a 3000amp transfer switch. The existing electrical distribution was modified to serve the new needs of the occupant and as an optimal cost efficient solution.
The existing electrical distribution required modification to incorporate an uninterruptable power system (UPS) with 15 minute battery back-up.
JEM was able to perform the electrical design in a very short period of time to comply with the strict move-in timeline.
