JEM designed the electrical power installation for the recent Asian Pacific Economic Conference, held in Honolulu in November 2011. The design difficulties included the flexible power distribution and short installation time incorporating conventional materials (to stay within budget limitations). Electrical power was provided by both utility sources and emergency diesel driven generators.
The conference site included meeting rooms, conference/presentation areas and for numerous federal agencies. JEM performed the design to comply within the strict timelines and the limited budget.
